Without a doubt Halloween is my favorite holiday/time of the year!
It always has been and will probably always will be. I trace this love back to my family, and especially my dad. I remember being young and we would go all out with our Halloween decorations. We would make our own tombstones and get dry ice the day of Halloween so we would have it in order to make our front yard foggy. We even had a cassette tape of creepy sounds we would play!
Now all grown up, I still love Halloween. The weather is changing so it is a little chilly, but not too bad. Most importantly, it is finally acceptable to celebrate my creepy and dark side in public because everyone else is doing the same.
In honor of my favorite time of the year, I will be sharing my creepy and dark side! Now that I think about it, I have many dark things that I enjoy. From my readings, interests and travel habits, I celebrate Halloween as a lifestyle all year round. Now I am excited to share it with others!
