I’m ashamed to say that I did not have a job until AFTER I graduated college. If I could change that I would definitely go back and work odd jobs.
Since joining the work force I have hit the ground running. I view working as a kind of school, where the classroom is the real world and there is no set path to follow.
I’m very interested in exploring, and learning, what makes a great leader. How should companies be organized and structures for the 21st century? How are women viewed in the work force?
We all work in one way or another so I believe I might as well write about it!
