This week ended up being a tough week. Something happened that made me think that others thought of me in a negative light. For a day or two I constantly thought "they must think I am like this" and "they must think I am a horrible person". The truth is, we, myself included, will never... Continue Reading →
It has been three weeks of quarantine... and counting. Overall, I am doing fine. I know that is the introvert in me speaking. Not having to interact with people in person is amazing! And all my personal projects I have don't involve others. They are solo things like reading, blogging, etc. I have been keeping... Continue Reading →
The world is in some crazy and uncertain times! With COVID-19 spreading around the world, many areas are in “lock down”/quarantine. This is what Silicon Valley is experiencing. They are encouraging everyone to stay at home and practice social distancing. I am following the request to quarantine and so are many others. Many restaurants, bars,... Continue Reading →
Thankfully for the second year in a row I was able to attend the California Association of Museums (CAM) yearly conference! Not only was I able to attend but this was the second year I was a speaker! I am truly thankful for this opportunity. This year’s conference theme was 20/20 Vision. This got me... Continue Reading →

The main thing I make sure to have with me while exploring a museum is comfortable shoes (and my glasses)! Shoes support me so I can spend as long as I want soaking up the goodness of the museum.
Who am I? What a loaded question and one I am still trying to figure out. But in terms of museums.... -I believe in the power of museums to change lives -I believe that museums can be anything and any where -I wish to have a career working in museums but right now that is... Continue Reading →
My Museum. All museums are my museums. I don’t like the idea of museums competing with one another. Each one is needed. Museums should work together.
Due to the PG&E shut off, I have to bring my arthritis medicine to work with me. This medicine needs to be refrigerated 24/7 and if it is not then it expires and is SO expensive to replace. Thinking of others who need electricity for their medicine and health needs ❤️
I don't even know where to begin.... I guess lets start with R. Kelly. Since social media has exploded about the Surviving R Kelly documentary, I decided to watch it. I am half way through and I am already beyond disgusted. One of the main reasons I am disgusted is how did I not know... Continue Reading →
