If you’re looking to watch something on the dark side in honor of Halloween I suggest Hemlock Grove on Netflix.
World Mental Health Day
I struggle with mental health. I’ve learned the hard way the connection between mental and physical health. Invest in your mental health because you’re worth it. I remind myself of this every day. And we really need to end the stigma around talking about mental health. Stigma causes people to suffer and for others to... Continue Reading →

Thanks PG&E

Day 3 of 31 Days of Halloween
In honor of Halloween, one of my book clubs decided to read The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson. I recommend it. It is good and a quick read. More on the suspense side than horror.
Day 2 of 31 Days of Halloween
Today I spent a little more time decorating my place but also researching Halloween inspiration for my shopping this weekend. I’m short, Dollar Tree hacks are amazing. The last picture I call my human sacrifice corner.
